KRAV MAGA CLASSES AVAILABLE NOW!

We are pleased to announce that our affiliate, GEORGIA MOUNTAIN KRAV MAGA is now offering classes in IKI (Israeli Krav International) style Krav Maga! Classes will be from 6:00 to 7:30 PM on Monday, 6:15 to 7:45 on Wednesday evenings and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. In keeping with the IKI training program the Monday and Wednesday KM classes will include a 30 minute cardio circuit training session at the beginning of eachclass.
